March 29th, 2023 marks the 50th Anniversary of the end of the Vietnam War.
The VFW Auxiliary Post 2438 in Bay City is partnering with The VFW Post 2438, American Legion Post 11 and Post 649, Masonic Lodge #7, Serve Outdoors, Lower Colorado CCA, Matagorda Calvary, AmSpec Group and City of Bay City Parks and Recreation to put on a WELCOME HOME Event in Commemoration of this Anniversary and to Honor our Vietnam Era Vets.
The event will be held at the VFW Post 2438 in Bay City May 13th, 2023. The event begins at 5:30pm. The dinner to be served at 6:30pm.
We are asking all Vets to register by sending an email to Deanna McGraw at [email protected].
The event is for Vietnam Vets and one family member. We are also honoring Family of Vietnam Vets who are no longer with us.
