Introducing the First Annual Scarecrow Decorating Contest presented by Bay City Public Library and Bay City Main Street Program!

Pick up a Scarecrow from the library and give it a makeover!
Use any materials you would like – glitter, pompoms, string, bows, buttons, ribbon, stickers, scrapbooking embellishments, torn paper, puffy paint, fabric, etc. – to make it your own!

Return to the Library by: Nov 15, 2023
Display: Nov. 16 – Nov. 30, 2023 in participating Downtown businesses
Voting during Christmas Around the Square
Winners will be announced Nov. 20,2023
