Summer Camp – The coolest way to beat the summer heat has come again.
Tired of the same boring summer activities? Want to get outside enjoy the fresh air and learn about the great outdoors and games? We have the camp for you to introduce new activities, longtime favorites and fresh options for youth ages 5 – 12 years old. And the cherry on top – you get a great chance to build long lasting friendships!
Camp Theme is the Great Outdoors and meets at Riverside Park from June 28th – July 1st.
The Great Outdoors: Explore nature at Riverside Park. This camp will delve into all things in nature. Campers will learn about the Colorado River, water and boating safety; bugs, trees, creatures and critters; fishing and fun outdoor crafts – sand candles, fish prints and many more. The week ends with cooking your own lunch in the fire pit!
Camp will be run from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. daily on Tuesday – Friday and cost $50/session. Fee includes a camp shirt, supplies, snacks and lunch on Friday. Campers bring a lunch daily except Friday. Registration begins May 16th at 8 a.m.
