The Bay City Public Library and the Bay City Police Department have partnered once again to kickoff National Night Out at the library. Booths and light refreshments available throughout. Character appearances at 5:15 and 5:45. Special Peanut Butter & Jelly Challenge at 5:30! A chance to meet your neighbors and interact with local law enforcement.
