An exciting new era for your Community Health Center is coming this Wednesday, October 25. MEHOP is rebranding to Vibrance Health and everyone is invited to join them for this exciting new launch. They are hosting two ribbon-cutting and open house events; one in Bay City at their ERC Building from 11:30AM-1PM and another in Wharton in their Family Medicine building from 4-5PM.
