Matagorda Day will be on Saturday, October 8th at the Matagorda Fireman’s Hall from 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM. The day starts at 10:00 AM with a parade through Matagorda, at noon, Fajita plates will be available either dine in or drive thru. There will be a Fajita contest, vendor booths, raffle, and a live auction, which starts at 2:00 PM. Many more fun activities all day long! This event benefits our 1st responders with the Matagorda Fire Department for their training and equipment. Come out and support them!
