Community Actors of South Texas (CAST) has their event “Premiere” from 5:30-7pm at the CAST building located at 920 Nichols Ave in Bay City. Come celebrate and learn about CAST’s 2023 season. This event features hors d’oeuvres and beverages along with a sample of what is coming in 2023.
