Make the most of your money and resources with a cheese making class led by David Rodriguez in Palacios, Texas on Sunday, August 27, 2023 from 2pm-5pm! David is a local who raises goats and makes goats milk soap, lotions, cheese, and other products. All the materials will be provided and the class is free of charge, so be sure to drop in and learn a great new skill!
You will learn how to make four different cheeses: ricotta, paneer, mozzarella, and feta.
