On Saturday, July 22nd, from 4 PM to 10 PM, please join the Brackenridge Recreation Complex at the Brackenridge Park & Campground for their 4th Annual BRC End of Summer Bash! Activities include live music, beer and wine vendors, water slides, a Kid’s Fun Zone, food trucks, market vendors, an outdoor game area, and to wind down the night, there will be a fireworks show at 9:30 PM! Event admission is just $10 per person, which gives children and adults access to everything the event has to offer! Children under the age of 2 are FREE!
First up on their entertainment lineup is Jackson County Native, Emma New from 4:30-6 PM! Next, they are welcoming back the very popular Chris Zuber from 6:30 – 8 PM! Finally, making his debut at the BRC End of Summer Bash is Derek Smith! Smith will take the stage from 8:30 – 10 PM!
Rusty Hook Winery will be on-site selling a wide variety of wine AND wine slushes from 4 – 10 PM! Wine can be purchased by the glass or by the bottle. Joining them for the first time is The Beer Ranch from El Campo. Be sure to stop by and grab a margarita, beer, or mixed drink! There will also be several market vendors set up from 4 – 8 PM selling a variety of items. Bring your appetite because they’ll have several food trucks on-site serving up your favorite festival foods.
One of the many activities your family will enjoy is the Kid’s Fun Zone. The Fun Zone is equipped with several different stations including Face Painting, Rock Painting, Wood Art Painting, a Bubble Station, Hula Hoops, and more. The Kids Fun Zone will be open from 4 – 8 PM.
Make sure to bring an extra set of clothes for the kids because there will be 4 water slides available for them to enjoy from 4 – 8 PM. There will also be a regular dry bounce house for those who may not want to get wet.
Other fun family activities include the Outdoor Game Area which consists of Cornhole, Horseshoes, Washers, Giant Jenga, Tic-Tac-Toe, Connect Four, Ninja Warrior Steps and a Hay Slide!
