If you would like to honor all First Responders in the Jackson County area and remember those lost 21 years ago, there will be a 5k run/walk at Brackenridge Recreation Complex (softball field) on Saturday, September 10th. Registration begins at 8:00 AM and will have a cost of $30, first responders that hold a proper ID will receive a 50% discount. The 5k run/walk will begin at 9:00 AM.
